Johnston Construction Group ("JCG," "we," "us") is a commercial general contractor based in Jackson, Mississippi. This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, and who it is shared with.
The short version: the only information we collect is what you type into our contact form. This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell your information.

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates and proposals, and carry out construction services you engage us for. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this website and our business, and only so they can provide those services to us:

Our website links to our Facebook page. Facebook does not receive information about you unless you choose to follow that link, at which point Facebook's own privacy policy applies.
We keep inquiry and project records for as long as needed to respond to you, perform and document our work, and meet contractual, tax, insurance, warranty, and other legal obligations. Records tied to a construction project are generally retained for the life of the applicable warranty and record-retention periods.
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and form submissions are transmitted directly to our project management provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing info@johnstoncg.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law.
This website is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
